i saw the sun. she kissed the moon.
2010 – 2011
“She doesn’t aim for creation,
she only wants to demonstrate that all of us can fly.”
The quality of being transient, temporary, brief or fleeting. Countable and uncountable. We have no insight into infinity and the infinitesimal nature of the universe. Neither infinite time nor infinite space. But does the limitation in the possibility of an enjoyment raise the value of the enjoyment? The state or fact of lasting only for a short time. Infinitesimals have been used to express the idea of objects so small that there is no way to see them or to measure them, a quantity less than any finite quantity yet not zero. So that in relation to the length of our lives – a short-lived burst of energy in a system caused by a sudden change of state; an impermanence that suggests the inevitability of ending or dying – it can in fact be regarded as eternal.
